Turn lectures, voice memos, or meetings into study material with Transcribe Audio.

🏁 Where to start

  • From Home. Click any Upload Document button and select Transcribe Audio.

  • From a deck or folder. Use Upload and choose Transcribe Audio.

  • From the sidebar. Open Upload Document and pick Transcribe Audio.

⚙️ Upload and language

  1. Choose the audio file
mp3, wav, m4a, or webm up to 100mb

  2. Set the language
Leave Auto Detect on if you are sure about it. If the preview language looks wrong, open Language and select the correct one manually before uploading.

  3. Start
Click Upload Audio. You will see the progress screen while we transcribe.

⏳ Processing time

Short recordings finish quickly. Longer audio may take a few minutes. Keep the tab open until the transcript appears.

📝 What you get: Notes and Transcript

You will see two tabs in the document:

  • Notes
Cleaned and structured content created from your audio. Think of it as an organised summary with sections and key points that is ready for studying. You can highlight, generate flashcards, write manual cards, and start quizzes or exam simulations from here.

  • Transcript
The verbatim text of your audio, often with timestamps. Use Copy All Text or Download Transcript to keep a copy.

🐞 Quality and corrections

  • If something looks off, click Report Transcript on the right to send us the issue.

  • If the language is wrong, reupload the file and set the correct language instead of Auto Detect.

⬇️ Download options
