How to cancel your Flashka subscription

You can cancel anytime in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your premium features until that date. Everything happens in your secure Stripe customer portal.

💻 Cancel step-by-step

1. Open Flashka and click on the profile icon on top right corner

2. Go to Settings → AI Credits & Plans.

3. Click Manage your Subscription. This opens the Stripe portal.

4. Select Cancel subscription.

5. Confirm. You will receive an email from Stripe with the cancellation details.

🔚 What happens after you cancel

• Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

• After that date your account returns to the Free plan.

• Your decks, folders, flashcards and quizzes stay safe.

❓ FAQs

Can I cancel on mobile?
Yes. Open Flashka in your mobile browser, go to Settings → AI Credits & Plans → Manage your Subscription and follow the same steps.

Do I get a refund for the unused time?
No prorated refunds. You keep access until the period ends.

Will my data be deleted?
No. Cancelling only changes your plan. Your study data remains.

I do not see the portal. What should I do?
Disable pop-up blockers or try another browser. If the portal still does not open, contact support.
