All my decks disappeared

Restore from an auto-backup

  1. Go to Settings (Profile Icon on top Right) → Backups.

  2. Pick a timestamp and click Restore this backup.
    Auto-backups are created automatically roughly every 3–4 minutes while you study (about every ~5 server updates).

  3. Confirm the restore. Your streak shouldn’t change. If it does, ping stefandjokovic@flashka.ai.

Still stuck?
Email support stefandjokovic@flashka.ai with your account email and an approximate time the decks vanished.
