How to Edit and Personalise Folders

What are folders on Flashka? 🗂️
Folders group multiple decks so you can keep classes, chapters, or topics tidy. From a folder you can:
Study the entire folder to review all decks at once (Spaced Repetition, Fast Review, Quiz, or Exam Simulation).
Generate quizzes that pull questions across every deck inside.
You can create and manage folders from Home, inside another folder view, or from the sidebar.
Rename and recolour a folder 🎨
Choose Edit Folder.
In the modal:
Name: type a clearer title (e.g., “Lectures”, “Notes”, “Exam Prep”).
Color: pick a colour chip to visually separate big subjects at a glance.
Pro tip 💡: Use short names + distinct colours so you can spot the right folder instantly.
Move a folder to reorganise 💼➡️📁
Select Move Folder to place the folder inside another location. This is perfect when a course splits into “Notes” and “Lectures” later and you want a cleaner tree.
Study an entire folder 🎓🚀
From the folder page, click Study Folder:
Pick a mode: Spaced Repetition, Fast Review, Quiz, or Exam Simulation.
Flashka pulls cards/questions from every deck inside that folder.
Show in To-Do & sorting options 📝⚙️
On the folder page you’ll also find:
Show in To-Do: surface this folder’s review tasks in your Home To-Do list.
Sort Decks: reorder decks visually (e.g., by chapter number) for a neater grid.
Add or upload into a folder ➕
Use the bottom-bar actions inside a folder:
Add Folder to nest subfolders (e.g., Week 1, Week 2).
Upload Document to import PDFs, Word, PPTX, Pages, TXT and start generating cards/quizzes right where they belong.
