Common causes & fixes

• Size too big: re-export or compress the file or split it in smaller.

• Wrong format:

  • Document viewer supports .pdf, .docx, .pages, .pptx, .key, .txt (they auto-convert to PDF).

  • Transcriber requires standard audio/video; avoid exotic codecs.

• Password-protected PDFs: remove the password and re-upload.

• Flaky connection: try a private window, disable extensions/ad-blockers, or switch networks.
