Here’s how to make any deck feel yours, from colour and cover to name, emoji, and more.
🎯 Where you can edit a deck
You can open the same edit controls from several places:
Folder view/Home: hover a deck card and click the pencil to edit, or the three dots to open actions.
Inside a deck: click the three dots in the top right.
Sidebar or folder lists: right-click a deck name to open actions.
🖊️ Rename and tag
Open Edit deck
Deck name: type a clear title.
Deck emoji or tag: add an emoji or a short tag that appears on the cover.
Pro tip: use emojis or simple numbers like #1, #2 to visually group or order decks.
🎨 Colour and cover
Still in Edit deck:
Colour: pick a preset colour or create a custom one with the plus button.
Cover image: click the image icon to choose from the gallery or upload your own photo or illustration.
🗂️ Move, print, export, language
Open the deck menu from the three dots.
Move deck: send the deck to a different folder.
Print deck: generate a print-friendly layout of your cards.
Export to Anki: download a file you can import in Anki.
Cards language: set the language for that deck’s cards.
From the same menu you can delete a deck. This removes the deck and its contents, so be sure you really want to do it.
⚡ Quick tips
Use a consistent colour per subject so folders are easy to scan.
Add a cover image that matches the topic. It speeds recognition.
Keep names short. The emoji or number carries a lot of visual weight.
If you reorganise, use Move deck rather than recreating decks.
