Regenerating a Card with AI

Regenerating a flashcard allows you to quickly rewrite or improve the content of a card using AI. It’s useful when a card feels unclear, too long, too short, or you simply want a fresh version.
Here’s how it works.

What Regenerate Does 🔁

When you regenerate a card, Flashka rewrites the card using AI while keeping the meaning the same.
It’s meant to fix clarity, improve wording, or adjust difficulty, without changing the topic of the card.

The feature is:

• Reversible with a one-step Undo ↩️

Where You Can Regenerate a Card 📍

For now, regeneration is only available in the Document/PDF Viewer version of your generated flashcards. You can access it right after generating flashcards from a document.
Each card will show a toolbar with:

• Undo

• Regenerate

• Edit

• Delete

Tap Regenerate to rewrite the answer with AI.

How to Regenerate a Flashcard 🪄

1. Open the deck in PDF/Document View.

2. Select the flashcard you want to update.

3. Click Regenerate.

4. Flashka instantly rewrites the answer section.

If you don’t like the new version, hit Undo and it will return to the previous version.

Tips 💡

• Regenerate when a card feels too long, too complex, or unclear.

• Use Undo quickly if the result doesn’t match what you need.

• If you need deeper changes, use Edit instead of Regenerate.
