Deck Merging & Duplication — merge two decks, duplicate decks and cards

Feature Request

This feature would allow you to merge two decks in one click, keeping all your flashcards together and avoiding duplicates.

This an essential feature that would be phenomenal to have as we approaching finals and board exams.
